This morning I was showing off my brand-new pumpkin-scented candle to Chuck. I was proud of my mad shopping skillz.
"This candle only cost me $6 at TJ Maxx. If I'd bought the candle at Bath and Body Works, it would have cost me about $12."
"Well done, you," he said.
"I love TJ Maxx so much. It's probably wrong to love a store as much as I love TJs."
"I'm sure there's a country song in there somewhere..." Chuck said. Then he provided some possible lyrics:
"If loving a store is wrong, I don't want to be right..."
He always makes me laugh, and that is a very good way to start a day.
A country song, a sweet candle and the man you love. Ain't nothin' wrong with that for a start of the day!
